Senior Business Development Manager – Residential Development Finance

This new role offers the right candidate the opportunity to work for a progressive and forward-thinking short-term lender specialising in development and bridging finance, originating loans via both the intermediary channel and direct to client in a market sector that is currently undergoing high levels of growth.

Location: London / Homes Counties with national travel when required.

Experience required:
The candidate must have at least 5 years experience gained in banking and/or specialist lending in promoting Development Finance within the UK intermediary and direct residential development market with a successful track record.

Package:
