Job of the Week: Head of Marketing

An exciting opportunity presents itself with an established East-Midlands based company operating in the financial services and property sectors. Based in Kegworth, this property buying and short-term specialist lending company utilises both B2B and B2C channel marketing.

Following an impressive growth since launch in 2010 there is now a need to take the company into its next phase of growth and therefore necessitates the recruitment of a proactive/entrepreneurial individual who wants to work with a company who has imposing growth aspirations but needs an individual with spirit, tenacity, ability and appetite to help them succeed in their vibrant, fast moving sector.

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced B2B and B2C marketer with at least 5 years experience in a similar role but wants a new challenge where there is opportunity for enhanced personal reward for their contribution. The individual will be required to be very hands-on and work within a small team, but with opportunity to grow the team subject to successful results.
