Bridging / Commercial and Development Finance Broker (Self Employed)

We are looking for a specialist commercial and bridging finance broker to join our high net worth mortgage team in the West End.

Plenty of leads are available and will come from our websites, introducers and client banks – we expect to provide a minimum of 20 leads (£2-5m of lending) a week across the 3 areas.

Experience is required, a client bank and CeMap qualifications are a benefit.

This is a self-employed position and commission will be paid monthly on completed deals.

We will work on a commission split which is generous.
