Greenfield Capital, the FCA regulated bridging lender, has announced it has joined the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers as a lender patron.

David Grant, pictured, Operations Director, Greenfield Capital said:

“We’ve been successfully lending now for 8 years and steadily growing the business. Our reputation with our 4000+ introducers has been built upon simple values like giving committed decisions and delivering on our promises. People like our openness and honesty.

We’ve seen some lenders withdrawing from the bridging market due to increased competition and tightening profit margins, however we’ve kept our overheads low and priced each proposition based on its merits, so Greenfield Capital is now well placed to move forward.

Our sweet spot is lending on both regulated and unregulated residential bridging lending, where we regularly complete facilities as speedily as one week. Our BDMs are widely experienced and can deliver a professional, personal service to our introducers and borrowers alike.

We feel there is an alignment of values with the NACFB so timing is opportune for us to widen our bridging services to the NACFB’s introducer members. We are proud to be recognised as a patron and looking forward to closely working with the NACFB and its introducer members.”
