FIBA TV launch brings brokers closer to lender partners

FIBA, the trade body for finance professionals, has announced the launch of FIBA TV with a series of interviews with key lenders, which can be found on the FIBA website.
The first three lender interviews will be prefaced by an opening video of Executive Chairman, Adam Tyler, talking about FIBA, its ethos and plans for the future. The first lenders to take part are Precise Mortgages, Roma Finance and Bridging VAT.
According to Adam Tyler, pictured, interaction between members and FIBA Lenders on the panel can only be enhanced by making use of the video medium.
He said, “We want to make the experience of being a FIBA member as immersive as possible and setting up FIBA TV gives us a brand new opportunity for our members to learn more about our partners, their philosophy and pinpoint those areas where they feel they have something special to offer. This is a resource which will give our members valuable insights into our lenders and which cannot be learnt from sales brochures and marketing material.
We are in the process of inviting other senior executives to talk to us and asking the kind of questions that our members would ask if they were face to face.”
Adam added, “Making our members more effective and helping them generate more business is one of our key goals. FIBA TV is an exciting initiative offering another window to enhance our members’ knowledge of the wide range of lender offerings by engaging directly with the decision makers.”
Scott Marshall, Managing Director of Roma Finance, commented:
“This new video platform is a tremendous resource for FIBA members to discover more about how to fund property projects. They will also be able to see how lenders work and the processes involved in funding for property acquisition, renovation or change of use. I’m sure FIBA TV will be a big hit with introducers and I’m very pleased to be part of it from the outset.”
