Enra Group sales surge recognised in Sunday Times Fast Track 100

Enra Group, a leader in the specialist mortgage finance market, has been ranked 23rd in the annual Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 – appearing in the index for the 3rd successive year. Now in its 20th year, the Fast Track 100 recognises companies with the fastest growing sales in the UK, and is seen by industry experts as a barometer of private company growth.

  • Enra Group placed at number 23 in The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100
  • Ranking reflects Group’s continued rapid sales growth over past three years
  • Rapid expansion set to accelerate following private equity acquisition

Enra Group is the parent company of two operating divisions: specialist finance master broker, Enterprise Finance, the UK’s largest for second charge mortgages focused on intermediaries, and bridging loan lender West One. This is the third year in a row that Enra has been included in the Fast Track 100. Last year, the Group’s annual sales growth of over 90% in 3 years was recognised by the index, and the Group has continued that strong momentum across 2016.

In November this year, Exponent Private Equity acquired a majority stake in Enra Group, with the deal signalling significant growth ambitions. The investment will enable Enra Group to expand further into the second charge mortgage sector and the specialist buy-to-let space. It will also ensure the Group’s businesses remain focussed on meeting the needs of customers in a fast changing marketplace, while sustaining the rapid growth recognised by The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 list.

Danny Waters, CEO of Enra Group, commented:

“We are delighted to have received recognition in Fast Track 100 rankings for yet another year. Over the course of the past three years, our sales grown exponentially while we’ve delivered on the bottom line as well. At the same time, we’ve managed to grow the team to ensure we’re servicing ever more clients with the same high-level of tailored advice and flexible lending. We are committed to continuing this rapid trajectory of development and the recent Exponent deal is a step forward in enabling us to continue doing so at a key point in the growth of Enra.”

The rankings will be marked by the Fast Track 100 conference and awards dinner on Thursday 25th May 2017.
