Specialist Finance Centre Ltd (SFC) has been officially unveiled to the financial intermediary market place to offer an alternative for introducers looking for a specialist finance packaging partner.

SFC offers 2nd charge mortgages, bridging finance, commercial, development finance and buy to let mortgages to clients of financial intermediaries.

SFC will trade from its Cardiff city centre headquarters and will have a nationwide presence across England and Wales.

SFC Owner and Managing Director Daniel Yeo, pictured, commented:

“In a competitive market place we provide a brand that will live by its 3 core values: integrity, collaboration and determination. Most importantly it does what it says on the tin. A company that introducers can go to with their client’s specialist finance requirements relaxed and safe in the knowledge their clients will be looked after by seasoned professionals with their client’s and their interests at hearts.

Yeo continued:

“We have a strong and loyal introducer base already and im delighted to now be in a position to offer our services out to the wider intermediary market place. Particularly, we are keen to work with mortgage brokers, both directly authorised and those ARs within networks who are allowed to step off panel if they feel in their client’s interests. We will be marketing our services without apology in 2019 and are always keen to increase our market share.

SFC is a trading style of I-Property Finance Ltd which is directly authorised with the FCA. The project is a collaboration with Andy Fairclough. Yeo and Fairclough have joined forces due to their shared values and vision for both companies working under I-Property: SFC and I-commercial Finance (ICF). ICF specialises in real estate with emphasis on commercial and development projects.

Fairclough commented:

“Creating a partnership with Dan and his brand SFC was a fairly quick decision but we have both been careful in the preparation of getting it ready for launch. ICF is a mirrored version to SFC in terms of how we go about our business and our businesses have common ground. It also allows both companies to share resources in terms of staff, technology and process. Ultimately it allows both SFC and ICF to provide the intermediary market with a rounded suite of specialist finance products

Yeo and Fairclough have solid plans for expansion in 2019 and beyond for SFC and ICF under the I-property Finance Ltd banner.
