Could you be a Bridging Loan Diamond?

Heat and pressure and time. That’s what it takes to create diamonds. Now is the moment to look back at the last 12 months, and ahead to the next, and praise yourself and those around you who, despite everything thrown at them, have shone – the diamonds.

Bridging Loan Directory wants to help broadcast this praise. That is why we are launching the Bridging Loan Diamonds. It will be a who’s who of high achievers, master collaborators, professional problem solvers, those willing to go above and beyond for their clients, colleagues and community.

We will be looking across the sector for nominations; from lenders to brokers, property lawyers to recruiters, and everyone inbetween. We will be looking at contributions from any and all roles, from outstanding junior just-starters to leaders who run amazing companies while going the extra mile to support staff.

Sometimes it’s not easy to shout about professional accomplishments. Now is the time. We’re thinking about ways you may have contributed positively to your team, or to the health and wellness of your colleagues. With many of us working from home finding the right way or time to celebrate a professional milestone may have become harder, so we also want to recognise those among our readers.

Coronavirus has forced many of us to change how we work practically overnight; tell us how you or a colleague have improved company performance or have come up with innovative ways to solve pandemic problems.

But this isn’t just about what you do in the office. Bridging Loan Directory will also be seeking out those who give back in some way to their wider community, specifically in the time of Covid-19, or during normal times too. We know many of you have been helping out in myriad ways.

Here at BLD we are also forward looking. This list will also include those who we think are ones to watch in future, who are proving themselves today and forging a bright path for tomorrow.

You can nominate yourself, or someone else. Tell us why special recognition is deserved. The more specific examples and details you can give the better (entries too brief will unfortunately not be considered).
