Century Capital complete £1.3m bridging loan in two days

Bridging loan provider, Century Capital was proud to fund an upcoming world tour for a famous music artist.

Completion took place in record time from receipt of the valuation to drawdown in just 2 days.

The unnamed musician was delighted with the outcome, securing a very low loan to value (LTV) of £1.3m on his beautiful investment property in Notting Hill, which was valued at £4m

The returning client required the funds to support their music ambitions and is now enjoying the world tour as planned.

Century Capital was also seen exhibiting at the Finance Professional Show early this month.
