Century Capital appoints Alastair Caie as Head of Lending

Mayfair based bridging specialist, Century Capital has announced the appointment of Alastair Caie as their new Head of Lending.

As Head of Lending Alastair will lead the team at Century Capital, a traditional short term lender that structures their bridging loans according to the individual borrower’s needs. Each application is assessed specifically on the asset, equity and exit strategy. As a non-status lender they provide loans on the Open Market Value of the security (any UK residential property) not the purchase price or borrower’s income.

Alastair brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of both residential and commercial markets. He joins Century from EFG Private Bank having previously held the position of Head of Lending at Wellesley Finance. He has also worked in senior positions at Northern Rock and Anglo Irish Bank.
