CBL’s latest blockbuster opens across UK

Following an incredibly successful year to date, CBL is delighted to announce the launch of its latest trailblazer product the ‘CBL Premier’. This offers all the great features associated with CBL products, such as speed, transparency and simplicity but now on a much larger scale.
Specifically developed for loans between £500k and £2.5m, the CBL Premier was created to meet an increasing demand for this level of loan within the market. As John Clifford, MD of CBL explains
“Over the past year we have seen a sharp increase in the number of borrowers requiring bridging loans between the £500k to £2.5m mark. In order to ensure this increase in demand is met, CBL has taken a proactive approach by developing a product to meet our customers’ needs, hence the development of our ‘CBL Premier’ product.”
Available from 1st November 2012, the CBL Premier builds on and strengthens the vast array of products already offered by the company. There is no doubt the CBL premier will be a resounding hit with both introducers and direct customers alike.
