Castle Trust Bank has strengthened its bridging proposition with a series of strategic enhancements designed to deliver quicker completions and even greater levels of support to brokers.
As part of the improvements, Castle Trust Bank has restructured its operations to introduce a dedicated bridging underwriting team, delivering specialist expertise and a more streamlined approach to bridging finance applications.
To support, the bank has appointed two experienced underwriters, Jackie Merrigan as Senior Underwriter and Simon Rogerson as underwriter, growing the team and providing a more focused service.
In addition to enhancing its underwriting team, Castle Trust Bank, announced that it had expanded its sales team with the recruitment of Tyrone Alexander as a Business Development Manager (BDM) for London.
Tyrone, who has extensive industry experience, will work alongside Sammi Gilbank, Regional Account Manager, to provide brokers across the capital with specialist support and bespoke bridging finance solutions.
And finally, to further improve transaction speed, Castle Trust Bank has will now use ‘no search’ indemnity insurance on Heavy Refurb cases as standard.
Castle Trust Bank completed the implementation of these enhancements at an internal team building day on 3rd February, with activities that promoted closer collaboration, ensuring that the newly strengthened team is fully aligned in delivering outstanding service to brokers and borrowers alike.
Anna Lewis, Commercial Director at Castle Trust Bank, said:
“These changes mark a significant step forward in our commitment to providing brokers with a market-leading bridging proposition.
By introducing a dedicated Underwriting team, expanding our sales coverage in London, and optimising our bridging processes, we are enhancing both the speed and quality of our service.
