Century Capital Partners Limited is a Mayfair based independent, principal short term lender. They offer flexible financing solutions secured on residential property in the UK.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

*To market Century Capital Partners Limited to professionals such as Mortgage Brokers and property developers, thereby acquiring new introducers of business.

*Pro-actively Procure leads and to actively target and follow up clients.

*Identify and prioritise business opportunities.

* Research and represent the company at regular meetings and events with potential clients.

* Main point of contact for introducers to discuss potential cases and requirements.

* Any other duties necessary for full settlement of the business financing solutions.

*Manage your own time and give weekly updates on our progress and completion

*Working to targets and goals

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Century Capital are looking for someone with experience in:

*Sales, real estate or the lending arena.

*A strong background in finance

*An understanding of customers’ needs and requirements
