Bridgebank Capital celebrates successful 10 years of lending

The Bridgebank Capital Group was delighted to celebrate its 10 year lending anniversary on Thursday evening, by hosting a Thames Cruise for the introducers, professional partners and colleagues who have supported us in reaching this key milestone.
In addition to celebrating a successful 10 years of trading, The Bridgebank Capital Group recognised this occasion as an opportunity to thank introducers for their continued support and introduction of new enquiries to the Group.
In recent months, lending activity across The Bridgebank Capital Group has gone from strength to strength, as we have seen an influx of business in both the sub £1million and £1 million plus sectors. This has brought us to a position where we are currently managing a pipeline in excess of £60 million, which is predominantly due for completion over the course of the next six weeks.
Since its launch in September 2014, the Quantum by Bridgebank Capital brand has experienced sustained high demand, with both UK and foreign investors seeking funding against a wide selection of assets and involving a variety of deal structures. We have had the opportunity to work with a number of highly experienced High Net Worth investors to facilitate an array of investment projects, often involving complex off shore structures.
