By Bridging Loan Directory
Bridge Invest announces lowering of rates, as part of their ongoing commitment to adapt their bridge offering in response to market trends. Following in-depth market research and a review of their products they have decided to lower their rates across all loan types with these rates now starting from 0.69% per month. This mirrors their pledge to continuously listen to their brokers’ and borrowers’ feedback and respond with a solution.
Bridge Invest continues to improve their competitiveness in the bridging market, with the aim of catering to those clients who need a straight bridging loan or those that require a more bespoke approach on a complex case. Key features of the new product include:
- Gross LTV capped at 70%
- Minimum loan size from £100,000
- Maximum loan size of £5M with exceptions to be considered on a case by case basis
- Rates starting from 0.69%pm
- No hidden fees
Will Matterson, Business Development Manager, Bridge Invest said:
“Following conversations with our brokers it was clear that there has been a real shift in the market these past few months. As bridging has become more mainstream, borrowers are becoming more rate sensitive. Our new rates allow us to remain competitive within the ever-growing market but without needing to sacrifice any of key principals.”
Ronak Ruparell, Co-founder and CEO, added:
“We have already completed two loans at these new rates. It’s not just about lower rates though. Our common-sense approach to lending, enables us to make quick and simple decisions. Couple that with a relationship-driven approach, our clients receive a seamless service throughout the whole loan process – from enquiry to completion.”
The new rates are available across all asset types including Residential, Mixed-Use and Commercial and allow borrowers to use loans primarily for property purchases, business purposes and refinance with terms usually being offered within 30 minutes of the application.
