Brickflow, the UK’s marketplace for specialist property finance, has expanded its tech integration to a number of UK agents and introducers, thanks to its intermediary users.

Most recently, Brickflow software has been placed with key regional auction houses, enabling property buyers to model deals and apply for finance directly from 3rd party websites.

These partnerships have been delivered via Brickflow customers, who use the tech to grow their own pipelines and businesses.

By integrating with key auction houses, Brickflow marks an important step towards making commercial real estate (CRE) finance even more accessible to investors and property developers.

Via embedded Brickflow technology, bidders can now search and apply for finance directly from their auction house’s website, creating a seamless experience from bidding to financing

New alliances consolidate partnerships between top-tier auction houses and specialist property finance brokers using Brickflow to facilitate transactions.

Partnerships have so far been established by Brickflow Enterprise user Brunel Bridging, which has joined forces with auction house and estate agent Hollis Morgan, and South West Business Finance (SWBF), in partnership with Bristol based auctioneer and commercial property specialist, Maggs & Allen.

As customers of Brickflow Enterprise, the embedded finance solution, intermediaries receive qualified leads from searches conducted via the auction houses’ (or agents’) websites, helping them to easily expand their pipeline, and gain a competitive edge, whilst providing clients with access to funding in one seamless journey.

Ian Humphreys, CEO and Founder of Brickflow said:

“By simplifying access to CRE finance, we’re opening up the market to more borrowers and making it easier for people to fund property purchases.

Our embedded finance technology allows intermediaries to leverage deals with leading auction houses and agents, whilst accelerating the growth of their own businesses, supporting our mission to improve transparency, efficiency, connectivity and growth across the industry.”

Marcus Robinson, Managing Director, Brunel Bridging Finance said:

“Using Brickflow’s technology allows us to provide a more efficient, transparent, and streamlined process for our potential clients purchasing auction properties.

Buyers can now confidently make quick, informed decisions, knowing that finance is readily accessible through a simple online application, whilst we’re receiving new, qualified leads with every search.”

Zoe Morgan, Partner, SWBF, added:

“Our collaboration with Maggs & Allen enhances the auction buying experience for clients by simplifying the process of securing finance.

By embedding Brickflow technology, we’re expanding our own pipeline by directly receiving leads from the auction house, or an agent’s site directly, generating more deal flow for our own business.”
