Black & White Bridging funds creation of 1,000 new homes

Specialist lender Black & White Bridging has supported the creation of 1,000 new homes across the UK.

Through its range of tailored short-term finance solutions, including residential, commercial, refurbishment, and auction bridging loans, as well as development finance, the lender is playing its role in addressing the UK’s pressing housing shortage.
