Bridging Association welcomes new lender member
The Mayfair-based firm specialises in providing funding solutions ranging from bridging to commercial and specialist buy-to-let. The MFS motto is ‘funding with finesse’ and the team prides itself on being able to turn around the most complex of deals.
Speaking on their decision to sign up to the AOBP, Paresh Raja said:
“We are a bespoke boutique lender dealing with the most challenging complexities of clients’ requirements, which has created a niche in the bridging sector providing the right balance for risk and return. We look forward to working closely with AOBP to add strength and integrity to Bridging adding new avenues for intermediaries.”
Executive Committee member and Managing Director of Finance 4 Business, Russell Martin commented:
“I initially met with Paresh and Pratibha at the F4B Head Office and was immediately impressed. They were very well-prepared and boast excellent CVs. The documents created for MFS are clear, concise and transparent. Their common-sense approach to underwriting is refreshing as is their desire to work with the client in the event of difficulties arising.
“Having been lending for a number of years, I am delighted that MFS have approached the AOBP as a platform to assist them in growing their business. MFS will prove a very worthy and welcome addition to our growing number of lender members.”
The AOBP has garnered a large selection of the UK’s leading short-term finance providers supporting its initiatives.
Chairman Rob Jupp of Brightstar Financial said:
“It is fantastic to see the membership grow in the way it has. Our procedures and policies have been tightened, allowing us to be sure that, whilst remaining inclusive, we are affiliating ourselves with the ‘right’ kind of lenders. A big welcome to MFS.”
