Assetz Capital combines with Creative Commercial Funding to provide financial backing for £1.8m GDV Cheshire development

The Assetz Capital property team is assisting a client in the financing of a development of a residential property in Worleston Cheshire, near Crewe. Assetz Capital has provided £960,000 of funding to complete the works on the farm house conversion with a Gross Development Value of circa £1,800,000 and to refinance high net worth investor monies of circa £765,000.
Assetz Capital completed on the refinance and development funding on 21st September 2016 and the estimated completion of the full refurbishment will be in 4-6 months’ time.
The enquiry was introduced to Assetz Capital by Aidan Tiernan Managing Director of Creative Commercial Funding Ltd.
