Assetz Capital appoints new North West Relationship Director

Mark Roberts has joined the growing Assetz Capital team as a Relationship Director in the company’s Manchester office.

In his role, Mark Roberts will be responsible for new business development and relationship management, based at Assetz Capital’s new head office near Manchester Airport. Mark will be offering development and bridging loans to his clients and brokers, as well as buy-to-let facilities, secured SME term finance and commercial mortgages.

Roberts joins from Goldcrest Finance where he spent three and a half years as Business Development Manager. Having worked in the Commercial Property Industry for over 20 years, with experience at Nationwide Commercial and Investec, he has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of structuring both simple and complex transactions.
