Aspen Bridging completes fast high LTV commercial bridging loan

Aspen Bridging, have completed a time sensitive bridging loan allowing their client to realise the full market potential of a large development.

The challenge:

Funds needed in 1 week – Client did not want the development to be delayed as they had several cash buyers waiting on a completion date.
Commercial unit with multiple tenants in situ – complex DD as well as searches on the title.

The Deal:

Aspen Bridging were introduced to an experienced client through Capital & Equity who required high LTV and speed.

The client was looking to refinance his existing prime unencumbered commercial unit, which had multiple tenants in situ in order to raise funds to invest in his business and complete a new development.
