Ashley Finance appoints bridging regional sales director

Ashley Finance has added to its successful bridging team with a new Regional Sales Director, Sam Cousins.  Sam started his career in finance with a role in the peer to peer sector where his concentration was on bridging and business loans.

Having the bridging interest, Sam moved over to Lendy where he spent 2 years working on bridging cases and building up a network.  Sam was looking for a new challenge when the opportunity at Ashley came up.

Speaking about his appointment, Sam, pictured, expressed his enthusiasm:

“I am delighted to be joining Ashley at such an exciting time for the company. Interest in their bridging product has increased since its launch and I’m looking forward to aiding that growth even further.

The thing that attracted me most to Ashley was the appetite to lend and this coupled with the financial backing of The Tavistock Group makes the deals happen. With so many different lenders in the market, it is extremely important to offer something a little bit different which Ashley definitely does with its diverse product offering which will certainly appeal to my introducer network”.

After an extremely successful 2017, 2018 is continuing this trend with a record first quarter. Sam’s appointment shows that Ashley remains committed to continually improving their service for both clients and brokers.

Liam Cavanagh, Ashley’s Bridging Operations Director, commenting on the new addition to the team said:
