Ashley Business Finance appoints Bridging Finance Relationship Manager

Ashley Business Finance is stepping up growth plans for its Bridging Finance product with the appointment of Kay Williams as Business Relationship Manager. This new role couldn’t have come at a more fitting time with Ashley raising its Bridging lend level to £500k and increasing the LTV to 75%.
Kay, who is based in Ashley’s Manchester office, will be working along side Operations Director Liam Cavanagh, to raise Ashley’s profile in the Bridging Finance arena.
Kay has over 25 years finance experience, working in a senior role with HBOS and a successful sales & underwriting role in a brokerage before moving into bridging finance 6 years ago; most recently working in legal processing for Together.
