Altura Mortgage Finance launches Altura Specialist Finance

London-based independent mortgage broker, Altura Mortgage Finance, has launched a new brand, Altura Specialist Finance, under the leadership of specialist property finance expert, Guy Nyirenda.

Altura Specialist Finance will provide bespoke financing options to individuals and companies of varying sizes in the four core areas of bridging, commercial, development and property portfolio finance.

The business has been set up as an Appointed Representative of the principal firm, Altura Mortgage Finance, and will operate as its own entity and brand with a website and marketing tailored to the specialist market.

A highly experienced and well-respected adviser in the specialist property finance space, Nyirenda joined Altura last year as Head of Specialist & Commercial Finance.

Having spent time using his contacts to build a lending panel and process to properly service clients, Nyirenda believes the timing is ideal to launch the new brand.
