Alternative Bridging Corporation has made a number of enhancements to its website to make it even easier for brokers to find information and apply for bridging, development or commercial finance.

The specialist property finance lender has improved the user experience on its website with an updated navigation bar and quick links to its most popular products, including the Alternative Overdraft, PartX and Term Loan.

The new, enhanced website also includes additional explainer videos and a revamped news and case studies section as well as more visual step-by-step guidance to steer brokers through the application process.

Furthermore, the improved Alternative Bridging website now features a complete visual refresh and easy access to independent Google reviews and testimonials.

Alternative Bridging Corporation provides bridging loans, term loans and development finance to the property industry, business community and homeowners.

It also offers an innovative Alternative Overdraft facility that enables customers to draw down funds as and when they need them and earlier this year it launched PartX, a pre-approved part exchange facility to expedite sales and chain breaks on new home developments.

Rinal Rodrigues, Head of Marketing at Alternative Bridging Corporation, says:

“At Alternative Bridging, we are continually striving to further enhance the service we provide to our brokers and our clients.

Great service covers a lot of different elements. Experienced BDMs, for example, who are able to structure innovative lending solutions, responsive underwriters and administrators, and a commitment to providing certainty and clarity.

Another element of this service is the information we host on our website and within our communications.

These are often the first touchpoints a broker may have with our business, so it’s vital that they are clear and accessible.

The new enhancements to our website have been introduced to make it even easier for brokers to research and apply for the perfect specialist property finance for their clients.”
