Alternative Bridging Corporation opens new Northern office

Alternative Bridging Corporation has strengthened its presence in the North of England with the opening of a new office in Hyde, Greater Manchester.

This strategic move aims to further support brokers nationwide and expand access to its expert-led, tailored property finance solutions.

The new office opened its doors on 3rd March 2025. The Northern office will be led by Paul Gavin, Head of Sales, and Chris Roscoe, Northern Business Development Manager, who will work closely with intermediaries to support their bridging loan, development finance, and specialist lending requirements.

As part of its ongoing expansion, Alternative Bridging is committed to growing its team and to continue strengthening its broker relationships.
