Alternative Bridging Corporation (ABC) has this week become the latest bridging and development finance provider to join the Bridging Loan Directory.

Alternative Bridging Corporation (ABC) is a principal lender and provides short-term finance for the property industry and business community as well as bridging loans to homeowners. They make regulated and non-regulated loans from £250,000 to £10m for up to twenty-four months.

With a 25-year track record, they are an experienced, dedicated team of property finance professionals who understand both commercial and residential property loans and development finance.

Put simply, property lending is their business.

Products include:

Commercial loans: for purchase, refinance, capital release and improvement of commercial property. Available to property investors and dealers and the business community. Loans from £250,000 up to £10m.

For commercial bridging they are happy to look at assets with short or multiple leases and also consider owner-occupiers who need to quickly exit their current lender.

Residential loans, including regulated bridging: short term loans for homeowners, the property industry and business community. Loans to owner-occupiers are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and they are an approved regulated lender.

Development loans: individually structured development finance for residential and commercial projects, available to experienced property developers.
