Aldermore appoints new Operations Director for Group Mortgages

Aldermore, Britain’s leading challenger bank, has appointed Jason Davies as Operational Director across its Group Mortgages division.
Reporting to James Radford, Group Operations Director, Jason is taking up this newly created role as part of the wider growth of the mortgage division at Aldermore.
Jason will be based across the bank’s Wilmslow and Peterborough Head Office and will oversee all of the mortgage operations including Residential, Commercial and Property Development.
In this new role, Davies will be looking at the long-term strategy of the mortgage operations including processes, best practice and leadership development.
