Montello granted regulated UK fund manager status

Montello has received full regulatory status from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a UK fund manager.

Montello now operates under its own license which marks a key milestone in the company’s growth, having previously worked with third party operator, NCM Fund Services Ltd.

Joseph Samuel, Director of Funds Management & Distribution, said:

We launched the Montello Real Estate Opportunity Fund in January 2014, which is a fully regulated fund set up out of Luxembourg. We now begin 2015 as a fully FCA-regulated fund manager, which provides investors with a great deal of comfort about our operation.”
