Commercial finance trade body, FIBA, has announced the appointment of short term bridging lender, Tuscan Capital, to its lender panel.

Tuscan Capital, one of the new generation of bridging lenders, is dedicated to the intermediary sector which it regards as its primary source of new business and specialises in non-residential mixed use, semi commercial and commercial finance as well as traditional residential auction finance, bridging and refurbishment products.

“The team at Tuscan Capital is highly experienced in the bridging sector and has brought that pedigree with them. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to our members. With access to high quality funding backed up by direct access to decision makers for enquiries and DIPS, Tuscan Capital has a proposition which is a perfect fit for FIBA members.”

Colin Sanders, CEO at Tuscan Capital, commented:

“Joining the FIBA lender panel offers us the opportunity to work with professionals who are dedicated to providing advice and funding solutions to SMEs. We provide some of the most effective commercial and semi commercial borrowing options, which I know will find a ready audience among FIBA members and we are looking forward to building relationships with them in the coming months.”
