What is the best thing about being in the bridging finance business?

Everyday is different and each deal is different so its never boring.

What keeps you focussed?

Seeing a deal through to the end and knowing that playing our part has helped make it happen.

What qualities do you look for in your employees or colleagues?

You spend a lot of time with them so being likeable helps!

Are you an optimist or a pessimist?

Definitely an optimist.

A TV weather girl.

What will be the greatest challenge facing the bridging finance industry in the coming months?

Its got to be MCD and the changes that will bring. Making sure that everybody knows what they need to do before March and that it’s all in place.

Richard Deacon’s reaction to my answer above about what I wanted to be when I grew up!

Do you dread Monday mornings?

Not anymore.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Nothing – its not about changing what you’ve got but more about making the most of it!

With whom would you most like to have dinner?

Chris Hemsworth as long as he came dressed as Thor!
