Specialist property finance trade body, FIBA, has officially appointed Lightfoots to its panel of professional partners to provide legal services to FIBA members’ customers.

Established over 150 years ago, Lightfoots provide commercial and residential conveyancing services to lenders and intermediaries, as well as a full range of traditional legal services from offices in Thame and Princes Risborough to private clients and businesses throughout Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.

According to Executive Chairman of FIBA, Adam Tyler, pictured, Lightfoots has elected to take a more active role with FIBA members.

He said, “Lightfoots might not have been formally appointed to our professional partners’ panel but were one of the first firms I turned to when we set FIBA in motion. They have been hugely supportive and I am delighted to be able to announce that they have formally joined to add their commercial conveyancing experience to the panel.  Many members will already be aware of Lightfoots presence and the positive exposure in the lending trade press they have for their work among lenders and brokers.”

Penelope Chelmick, Head of Lender Client Relations at Lightfoots, commented:

“FIBA has impressed us with their mission to provide an umbrella for specialist finance brokers and provide a forum for everyone involved in the specialist finance sector. Having seen at first hand the progress that has been made in the two short years since it launched, we are excited to formally join FIBA as a Professional Partner and looking forward to working closely with both members and other partners.”
