Avamore Capital appoints relationship manager for the south west

Avamore Capital has made another hire into its Origination team; the news comes after recent announcements of growth across all departments.

Andy Gray joins Avamore with previous relationship management experience in development and bridging finance and will primarily be focused on the South west of England.

Andy began his finance career working as a Customer Advisor for RBS before moving on to Castle Trust Bank where he spent almost four years progressing from telephone-based BDM to regional relationship manager.

He has since worked for a range of specialist lenders including Oblix and Ascot Bridging where he has built up his practical knowledge.

Andy comes to Avamore with extremely valuable experience as he has historically taken on roles that require regional relationships to be developed from scratch.

In Avamore’s case, the lender is playing to Andy’s strengths after he has spent 3 years focused on coverage across the Southwest; the role has now been moulded around where he can add the most value through the depth of his relationships.
