What is the best thing about being in the bridging finance business?

The variety of deals we look at, having the ability and flexibility to get all types of deals done.

A sports scientist so I’m on the right track! Oh and taller.

What will be the greatest challenge facing the bridging finance industry in the coming months?

Obviously the uncertainty around Brexit which will be a challenge, the availability of satisfactory long term products to facilitate the exit for bridging loans.

Who or what makes you laugh?

Father Ted, best comedy ever made.

Do you dread Monday mornings?

No love them, means I don’t have to do any more jobs at home.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

The tendency to snap hook when I’m trying to hit a big drive.

With whom would you most like to have dinner?

Dave Grohl and the Dalai Lama.
