Amicus Property Finance Divisional Directors, Yasin Patel and Shoaib Bux have decided to leave the business to pursue new opportunities.

The announcement coincides with Amicus’ strategic decision to centralise operational functions at their HQ.

The Manchester business has successfully grown year on year since being established as a regional hub in 2016 and has supported demand for residential and development projects in the North.

Shoaib Bux said:

”Working at Amicus has been a fantastic learning experience and I am thankful for the skills acquired.

We have made many friends and wish to give a personal thank you to Keith Aldridge, Steven Clark and James Weaver for giving us the opportunity.”

Yasin Patel said:

‘It has been a pleasure working at Amicus, and we leave with a wealth of knowledge for the next phase of our journey”.

Keith Aldridge, pictured, said:

“I would like to thank Yasin and Shoaib for playing such a key role in the evolution of our business.

As we complete our strategic review and planning for 2019 and beyond, I am very positive about the opportunities and potential for significant growth of our business in the North of England and I wish Yasin and Shoaib well in their next venture.

For now, it’s business as usual for all our Manchester clients – we have already relocated Reim Medhurst to our London offices to ensure a seamless continuation of service for our brokers and clients.

We will continue to provide a full service with a strong commercial presence in the North with administrative functions being fulfilled from our office in Air Street”.
