Vantage Finance launches specialist mortgage packaging division

Vantage FinanceVantage Finance has launched a new packaging division which will offer intermediaries specialist mortgages in both the residential and buy-to-let (BTL) markets. The division will focus on distributing products for more complex residential mortgage cases, which are harder to source in the market, as well as expanding Vantage’s current specialist BTL offering.

Vantage has made the move in response to increasing demand from intermediaries, who want the ability to place complex cases such as self-builds or situations where the client’s income deviates from the norm. Launching the specialist division is a natural step for Vantage, which is already a well-established distributor of other specialist products, including secured loans, bridging finance, commercial mortgages, development finance and buy-to-let.

Vantage has already signed up a number of lenders to the division’s panel, of which Saffron For Intermediaries was its first. Other panel members include Buckinghamshire Building Society, Cheshire Mortgage and Precise Mortgages, and it is Vantage’s intention to build the panel further to create a strong cross-section of the specialist sector that clearly represents the market.

The new specialist residential mortgage range will enable Vantage to provide an even more comprehensive offering, and represents an exciting expansion for the business at the end of its tenth anniversary year.
