Vantage Finance and Shawbrook Bank complete £10m together in February
Vantage Finance has written more than £10m of loans with Shawbrook Bank’s Commercial Mortgages division in a single month. The impressive volume, achieved in February, was driven by a large number of quality cases and follows a strong year for Vantage during 2014 and early 2015.
Vantage is a market leader in the commercial mortgage industry when it comes to the volume of quality cases it places. The master broker is one of Shawbrook Bank’s ‘strategic partners’, recognised for the level of conversion rates achieved on initial submissions and ultimate conversion to successful loan completion.
