What is the best thing about being in the bridging finance business?

I enjoy helping people achieve their goals, aims and aspirations. Playing a part in their journey is very rewarding.

What keeps you focused?

The ever-changing market – nothing stays the same. There are always different ways and new opportunities to do things.

What qualities do you look for in your employees or colleagues?

Hard-working, persistent people who get their heads down.

Are you an optimist or a pessimist?

An optimist… with experience.

What did you want to be as a child?

An adult!

What will be the greatest challenge facing the bridging finance industry in the coming months?

Product innovation and navigating a turbulent property market.

Who or what makes you laugh?

I’ve been getting into the Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan series quite a lot recently.

Do you dread Monday mornings?

Never!

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I’d like to be a morning person.

With whom would you most like to have dinner?

My husband.
