It’s flexibility to be able to deliver on unique opportunities for our clients, and no case is the same, they all have their own small nuances.

What keeps you focussed?

Family and never standing still, there is always room for improvement.

What qualities do you look for in your employees or colleagues?

Commitment, passion for the business and willingness to succeed.

Are you an optimist or a pessimist?

Optimist, I think.

What did you want to be as a child?

Football commentator, as from a young age I knew I didn’t have the skills to be a professional footballer.

What will be the greatest challenge facing the bridging finance industry in the coming months?

The changes from the MCD, it will have everyone on their toes, which is a good thing.

Who or what makes you laugh?

My kids, they are a little crazy.

Do you dread Monday mornings?

No need, with the nature of bridging, every day is an adventure.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Nothing, life is too short to worry about any imperfections.

With whom would you most like to have dinner?

Family and friends, they make an evening special, as long I don’t have to cook.
