Signature Private Finance appoints a New Relationship Manager

Privately-owned principal lender, Signature Private Finance, has further strengthened its team with the appointment of Relationship Manager, Andy Neocleous, pictured above.

Reflecting the firm’s new approach, based on team members owning deals from enquiry to exit, Neocleous will cover London and the South – important growth areas for the business.

Neocleous brings years of experience with Natwest to the role, with expertise in Bridging and Development Finance, building strong relationship with brokers, whilst liaising with borrowers to ensure prompt payment of loans following drawdown.

Signature Private Finance makes all lending decisions in-house on an extensive range of flexible finance products including residential & commercial bridging, light & heavy refurbishment, revolving trading facility and auction finance.
