Adrian Rawle, Director of Corporate Services at B2B Financial discusses the history of their business and joining Shawbrook’s Strategic Panel:
“It’s a pleasure to be upgraded by Shawbrook to Strategic Partner status and, I hope, a fair recognition of the quality service that we provide to all of our introducers and clients on a regular basis. B2B Financial is part of the Y3S Group which started life in 2001 as Y3S Loans, a secured loans packaging specialist that worked exclusively with financial intermediaries. This has since blossomed into a whole-of-market provider that continues to go from strength-to-strength. B2B Financial works with a diverse set of brokers and intermediaries across Wales with a growing presence in Bristol, London and Manchester too.
“Myself and my colleague Thomas Hill were approached by Matt Cottle, CEO of the Y3S Group, to set up B2B Financial in 2016. It became clear that there was a need within Y3S Group to provide their existing client base with a specialist commercial finance option. Throughout the last 12 months or so, B2B Financial has put in serious legwork to establish ourselves as a leading player in this sector.
“We offer bridging loans, development finance, as well as buy-to-let and commercial mortgages. Through our parent company, we are also in a position to provide specialist first and second charge mortgages, broadening our reach and allowing us to help as many borrowers as possible.
