Shawbrook expands its Commercial Mortgages sales team
As well as helping brokers determine whether new enquiries fit the lender’s criteria and advising them about process requirements, he will help to generate new business from broker partners in areas uncovered by field sales teams.
Previously Rob spent 27 years at HSBC, the last seven of which were based at the bank’s Canary Wharf HQ. Rob’s experience as a commercial relationship manager will add greatly to the support Shawbrook offers its brokers.
Rob commented on his new role:
“I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in and getting to know Shawbrook’s broker panel. I particularly like the fact that Shawbrook is eager to lend to a range of clients including property investors and SMEs. My past experience includes working as a commercial franchise manager, so using these skills to assist Shawbrook’s brokers and support the field sales team is an exciting prospect”.
