Shawbrook Bank’s Strategic Partner Programme marks 1st anniversary with further expansion

Shawbrook BankAs Shawbrook prepares to celebrate the first anniversary of its successful Strategic Partner programme, the bank has announced that the network has been boosted with the addition of four new brokers. The latest appointments mean that, just a year since the programme’s launch, the number of brokers on the Strategic Partner panel now stands at 32.

Shawbrook’s Commercial Mortgages business launched its Strategic Partnership programme in September 2012 with 18 commercial mortgage brokers. Brokers are awarded the status in recognition of the high quality of business they deliver, and members of the panel receive exclusive process and marketing benefits as well as their own commission structure. The programme has a clear set of criteria against which Strategic Partners are measured, including the level of conversion rates achieved on initial submissions and ultimate conversion to successful loan completion.

The latest additions to the Strategic Panel network are: Boudicca, Buchler Barnett Spencer, Outside the Box, and The Buy to Let Business.

Karen Bennett, Sales and Marketing Director, Commercial Mortgages at Shawbrook Bank, said:
