Ross McFarlane joins Aldermore Invoice Finance as Commercial Director

New British bank Aldermore has appointed Ross McFarlane as Development Director of its Invoice Finance business.

Based in Aldermore’s Twickenham office, Ross reports to Managing Director, Damon Walford, and his role gives him responsibility for the development and implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives for the invoice finance business across the UK. Invoice finance is used by small and medium sized businesses to improve their cashflow and fund their future expansion.

Prior to joining Aldermore, Ross spent 23 years with the Royal Bank of Scotland where he held a number of senior management positions and was a main board director for 15 years. Prior to leaving RBS, Ross was Director of UK Sales and Client Relations.
