Profin announces successful first close of Alpine Hotel Investment Fund

Profin Développement et Gestion is pleased to announce the successful First Closing of the Alpine Hotel Investment (No. 2) Fund LP.  The Fund will have weekly closings hereafter through to the completion of the fund raising.

Profin is also pleased to announce that the building works are on schedule and the building is now watertight and airtight, in time for the first winter snows that arrived last weekend.

Practical completion of the hotel is scheduled for September 2012 with the formal opening in December 2012.  The hotel will be operated by MW Hotels & Resorts, part of the Mark Warner group.
