VAS strengthens Real Estate division with appointment of Technical Director

Valuation panel management firm VAS has expanded its Real Estate division with the appointment of Hannah Partington as Technical Director, adding over 15 years of property industry experience to its specialist team.

Hannah joins from JLL, where she was Lead Director in the Yorkshire and North East Residential Value & Risk Advisory team.

She has extensive expertise in residential consultancy, viability assessments, and the valuation of residential investment assets and development land.

Her career has included advising Local Authorities, higher education providers, central government departments, major lending institutions, and national and regional housebuilders.

Her appointment strengthens VAS’ ability to support lenders, brokers and valuers with deeper technical insight, reinforcing its position as a trusted provider of independent valuation panel management services.

VAS’ Real Estate division now consists of four experienced Chartered Surveyors, working in close collaboration with more than 20 RICS-qualified auditors from leading firms.

Together, the team delivers in-depth market insight, lender and broker onboarding, panel oversight, and technical guidance, ensuring quality, consistency, and confidence across every valuation.
