Signature Property Finance appoints Gary Hawtin as Relationship Manager

Signature Property Finance has appointed Gary Hawtin as Relationship Manager, covering the Midlands and central England as the lender continues to expand its national team.
Based in Oxford, Hawtin brings more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, private banking and commercial finance, with a strong background in specialist property finance.
He joins from Market Financial Solutions, where he worked as a Business Development Manager.
Tony Gilbertson, CEO of Signature Property Finance, said the appointment reflects the lender’s continued focus on relationship-led growth and strengthening broker coverage across key regional markets.
Commenting on the move, Hawtin said:
