Seneca Bridging appoints Sean Carbery as Relationship Director

Seneca Bridging has appointed Sean Carbery as Relationship Director as the specialist lender continues to expand its presence in the bridging and development finance market.

Carbery is a well-known figure in the Midlands finance community and joins the North West-based lender as it looks to strengthen broker relationships and support its next phase of growth.

Seneca Bridging said the appointment forms part of its strategy to capitalise on increasing deal opportunities across the specialist property finance sector.

Since its inception more than 20 years ago, the lender has established a strong position in the bridging and development finance market.
