REIM Capital appoints Oliver Foskett as COO and Marcus Dussard as Sales Director

REIM Capital has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointments of Oliver Foskett as Chief Operating Officer and Marcus Dussard as Sales Director, marking a significant step in the firm’s next phase of growth.

Oliver joins from Whitehall Lending and brings over 15 years of experience across capital markets and specialist lending, with expertise spanning operations, funding structures, governance and investor relations.

He has led businesses through periods of expansion while strengthening financial infrastructure and delivery.

Marcus joins from KSEYE with more than 20 years of experience in specialist property finance.

He previously held senior sales leadership roles at Hampshire Trust Bank and Castle Trust Bank, building intermediary distribution and driving sustained growth across the specialist lending market.
