Project & Co. strengthens valuation team with appointment of Charlotte Gidden

Project & Co. is pleased to welcome Charlotte Gidden MRICS to its valuation team, further strengthening its capabilities in Prime Central London and secured lending.
Charlotte brings a strong background in high-value residential valuation, having previously worked at Colliers, with a particular focus on private bank and specialist lender clients.
Her knowledge of the Central London market and experience delivering Red Book reports in time-sensitive, lending-focused environments will support the firm’s continued growth in this area.
